Chemical Engineer

Our Limassol headquarters is seeking a talented Chemical Engineer to join our team and help our organization implement, analyse and expand processes at our factories.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and test processes and products found in all phases of production.
• Implement safety procedures for staff working with hazardous materials.
• Execute safety and waste management procedures.
• Design, propose, implement, review, and correct plans to ensure company goals are achieved.
• Observe production processes, conduct research, and find ways to increase efficiency and quality of all finished products.
• Maintain, and obtain third party certifications and quality control qualifications (ISO 9001, ISO 14001 etc), and coordinate with external organizations and government agencies.
• Thoroughly collect and analyse data, as well as record keeping.

Qualifications & Skills

• University Degree in Chemical Engineering.
• Ability to cooperate and communicate with others, especially those without a technical background.
• Fluent in both Greek and English (written and spoken).
• High computer literacy (MS – Office and other programs).
• Exceptional problem solving, analytical skill, and attention to detail.
• Good time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
• Relevant training and/or certifications in metallurgy and/or surface treatment experience will be consider as an advantage.
