Regional Sales Manager Limassol

Muskita is seeking to recruit a talented Regional Sales Manager who thrives in a fast- paced, dynamic environment to join our Sales team in Limassol. 

Responsibilities 

• Leading the Limassol Sales team and daily coordination and supervision of the Limassol Sales Department 
• Receiving and processing incoming inquiries from customers
• Visiting customers to promote and advise on aluminium systems and products 
• Design and implement a business plan that expands the company’s client base and ensures its presence in the market
• Coordinate and monitor the order and delivery process
• Searching for new projects and expanding the network of associates and customers
• Continuously monitoring and analyzing market trends 
• Creating and promoting long term-relationships with associates & customers through the process of identifying their needs and providing appropriate solutions 

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in a similar position 
• Higher Education Degree 
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Leadership and organizational skills 
• Very good negotiation abilities
• Managerial and multitasking skills
• Ability to accomplish set goals 
• Excellent knowledge of computers skills 
• Very good command of Greek and English language
• Ability to work under pressure 
• Professionalism and character integrity
• Engineering/technical skills will be considered an advantage
• Previous experience in a construction industry will be considered an advantage
