Sales Engineer

Our company is seeking a talented Sales Engineer in Nicosia who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and will collaborate with our team and other professionals to design and deliver exciting, world class buildings.

Responsibilities

• Advise customers on suitable products that best meet their needs, explain technical product features and benefits, and encourage sales.
• Use design software programs to produce drawings and specifications and identify the scope of work for various projects.
• Provide technical support to customers and partners for aluminium systems, maintaining a dialogue throughout the project. Attend site meetings along with the project team regarding technical issues.
• Generate high-quality sales leads, following up after initial contact, building rapport and business relationships.
• Promote products and make positive and compelling presentations by demonstrating in-depth understanding of the product technical features and advantages.
• Gain and update customer feedback and other useful information in the CRM system to create new sales and marketing strategies to target customers.
• Undertake all relevant training and refresh training as relevant to role.
• Design catalogues and technical manuals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field.
• Excellent communications skills (both written and verbal) and the ability to relate technical information to non-technical customers.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills, ability to work effectively in a team and with other departments.
• Excellent knowledge and handling of AutoCAD.
• Excellent knowledge of MS-Office (Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point).
• Excellent command of Greek and English.
• Work experience in the field of construction or manufacturing will be considered an advantage.
• Knowledge of FP PRO software will be considered an advantage.
