Baggot Plaza

Designed with sustainability in mind, Baggot Plaza’s redevelopment utilized as much of the existing framework as possible, and increased the floor space and window sizes throughout the building. Being awarded the Gold certificate in the LEED Core and Shell rating system, Baggot Plaza used systems that exceeded the minimum required U-values, and incorporated additional environmentally conscious building strategies that managed to reduce the building’s energy consumption by 70%.
