Στις μέρες μας, η ανάγκη για εξοικονόμηση ενέργειας καθίσταται όλο και πιο απαραίτητη, καθώς έχουν επέλθει σημαντικές αλλαγές στον τρόπο με τον οποίο ζούμε και καταναλώνουμε. Είναι πλέον γνωστό, πως οι μεγαλύτερες θερμικές απώλειες προέρχονται από τα ανοίγματα των κτιρίων. Συνεπώς το είδος των κουφωμάτων ενός κτιρίου θεωρείτε και ένας από τους σημαντικότερους παράγοντες που επηρεάζει σε μεγάλο βαθμό την ενεργειακή συμπεριφορά ενός κτιρίου. Σε όλες τις περιπτώσεις θα πρέπει να τοποθετούνται <a href="https://muskita.com.cy/el/category/systimata-aloyminioy?tid=28">θερμομονωτικά κουφώματα αλουμινίου</a>, ανοιγόμενα ή συρόμενα, τα οποία θα συνδυάζονται με θερμομονωτικούς υαλοπίνακες χαμηλής εκπομπής θερμικής ακτινοβολίας (Low-e). Τα οφέλη από την εγκατάσταση θερμομονωτικών συστημάτων αλουμινίου είναι η εξοικονόμηση ενέργειας που επιτυγχάνεται για θέρμανση και ψύξη, και η παροχή ενός πιο υγιεινού περιβάλλοντος. Η διατήρηση θερμικής άνεσης στο εσωτερικό χώρο των κτιρίων σε συνδυασμό με την κατανάλωση ελάχιστης δυνατής ενέργειας, στοχεύει στον περιορισμό των θερμικών απωλειών από την επιφάνεια των κουφωμάτων προς το εξωτερικό περιβάλλον κατά τη χειμερινή περίοδο και τη μείωση των ανεπιθύμητων θερμικών λήψεων κατά τη διάρκεια του καλοκαιριού. Η πορεία της θερμότητας εξαρτάται από τη θερμοκρασιακή διαφορά μεταξύ του εσωτερικού και εξωτερικού περιβάλλοντος, καθώς και από τη θερμική αντίσταση των υλικών που συνθέτουν το κούφωμα. Συγκεκριμένα στα κουφώματα αλουμινίου, η πιο κοινή μέθοδος για να περιοριστεί η απώλεια θερμικής ενέργειας, είναι η προσθήκη θερμομόνωσης, δηλαδή υλικών με μεγάλη θερμική αντίσταση μεταξύ των προφίλ αλουμινίου. Για παράδειγμα, ένα διαμέρισμα 100 m2 εάν αντικατασταθούν 6 κουφώματα παλαιά με καινούρια θερμομονωτικά συστήματα αλουμινίου MUSKITA, που έχουν συντελεστή θερμοπερατότητας Uw = 2 W/m2K, η εξοικονόμηση κόστους θέρμανσης και ψύξης μπορεί να φτάσει έως και τα €1000 ετησίως. Ένα ακόμα βασικό ζήτημα στον τομέα της επίτευξης καλύτερης θερμομόνωσης στο κτίριο συνολικά, είναι ο προσανατολισμός των ανοιγμάτων. Το μέγεθος και ο προσανατολισμός των ανοιγμάτων επηρεάζει τη ζήτηση ενέργειας για κλιματισμό και θέρμανση, καθώς τα κουφώματα προσλαμβάνουν ηλιακή ακτινοβολία η οποία μειώνει τη ζήτηση ενέργειας για θέρμανση τον χειμώνα αλλά αυξάνει τη ζήτηση ενέργειας για κλιματισμό το καλοκαίρι. Ο προσανατολισμός των κουφωμάτων πρέπει να λαμβάνεται υπόψη για να μειωθεί το κόστος κατανάλωσης ενέργειας. Για κατοικίες συστήνεται να τοποθετούνται μεγάλα ανοίγματα στον νότο, προκειμένου να λαμβάνουν αρκετό ήλιο στους εσωτερικούς χώρους τον χειμώνα, όμως να διαθέτουν κατάλληλη σκίαση για το καλοκαίρι.   Συνολικά, η αντικατάσταση των παλαιών κουφωμάτων ενός κτιρίου με θερμομονωτικά κουφώματα αλουμινίου έχει ως αποτέλεσμα:   <ul> <li>Την διατήρηση της θερμικής άνεσης στους εσωτερικούς χώρους.</li> <li>Τη μείωση της πιθανότητας σχηματισμού υδρατμών στην επιφάνεια των προφίλ αλουμινίου.</li> <li>Τη μείωση των δαπανών για θέρμανση και ψύξη λόγω της εξοικονόμησης ενέργειας.</li> <li>Την προστασία του περιβάλλοντος μέσω της μειωμένης απαίτησης για χρήση ενέργειας. Επίσης η επιλογή συστημάτων αλουμινίου αποτελεί την πλέον ορθή περιβαλλοντικά λύση καθώς πρόκειται και για ανακυκλώσιμο υλικό.</li> <li>Στην ενεργειακή αναβάθμιση των κτιρίων, άρα και στην αύξηση της εμπορικής τους αξίας.</li> </ul>   <h5>Tuesday 1, 2020</h5>
