With a prismatic exterior designed to break the notion of traditional plazas, the Limassol Pear has been described as a “jewel” on the city’s sea front. The exquisite design won Best Mixed-use Development in the 2012 International Property Awards Europe, by providing maximum views of the sea with balconies stretching across the entire structure, and a rounded exoskeleton that wraps the building, preventing direct sunlight and providing ventilation.
